From reception, through to nurses, doctors and anaesthetist everyone I encountered were pleasant, helpful, professional and caring, they made me feel at ease and safe. My particular nurse Ram who looked after me in the endoscopy unit - was brilliant, explaining everything thoroughly and was very caring and patient. My colonoscopy Doctor Dr. Joshi was very friendly and professional and caring and put me at ease, he explained the procedure thoroughly and answered all of my questions. My anaesthetist Dr. Sam Bampol was also caring and friendly , listened carefully to my concerns and answered all of my questions, explaining the process thoroughly and alleviating any anxieties. I felt very well looked after by the whole team and and was impressed with their professionalism, care and attention to detail, it made such a difference and made the whole process much less stressful.

Suggested improvements
I was impressed with every aspect of the process from admission to procedure and discharge. The facilities and services available were excellent. I could not think of anything that could have been improved


Yes I would especially like to thank: Ram - my nurse carer in the endoscopy unit, who was great in all aspects! Dr. Joshi who performed the colonoscopy, and who explained everything thoroughly about the procedure and what to expect which was very reassuring. Dr. Sam Bampol- anaesthetist, who was very thorough with his explanations and listened carefully to my concerns he was reassuring and explained everything thoroughly to me before the procedure, which helped me relax and feel less anxious.
