Suggested improvements
There are problems within the kitchen organisation generally, and quality of food being served. The time it takes to get a simple item from order to room , sometimes nearly an hour or one has to keep chasing for it. Things get forgotten off one’s order . Even simple items such as sugar or salt and pepper, there again you could wait forever for it to arrive or it never does. One day a dish can be well cooke another it can be dreadful . They cannot eggs every egg that gets served is rock hard boiled or scrambled is like little balls of dry bullets .inedible actually. Hot drinks tea and coffee chocolate are Luke warm . Toast is cold and leathery . I’ve had the pleasure of being cared for by Dr Haidry for 20 months now so I’ve had quite a bit of experience Regarding the food here and I’d say it’s the one thing that lets you down I understand you had a new chef start about 4 months go and he has potential , but it depends on the quality and knowledge of the he has to work with I come from a serious catering background so I feel I have the knowledge to point these errors out for out.
