I was originally told that discharge would be 12pm but was waiting for different teams to come by and wasn’t discharged till nearly 4pm

Sherene (I hope that’s how you spell her name) but she was the night nurse supporting me on my arrival to 4th floor. She was doing 8pm (15th) - 8am (16th) shift
