The care was outstanding really. Concise when needed, caring but not sentimental, speedy and always patient centric. The environment was conducive to getting better and felt safe and respectful as well as attentive and clinical. The people are superb! Top notch

Discharge is always too slow, but pharmacy needs to catch up with the rest really so it can be more efficient. Maybe a little more comfort or smoothness in registration.

The consultant was brilliant. Super confident and backed it up with expertise.

PS Surgeon - brilliant man Sarah Wills-Lee is just a wonderful person...irreplaceable All the nurses on Level 5 Urology. You should be very proud of your staff
