Good staff and care. Private and calming environment.

The service from the kitchen can be haphazard. Timing of food delivery is normally delayed by a minimum if 30 minutes to an hour. But the staff are good. Even simple orders take very long.

Mr Senthil Nathan was approachable, listened to my questions and I never felt he didn’t have time for me despite being one of the most in demand consultants at the clinic.

Nurse Mernalin was very professional, caring and understanding. She was a true star and an asset to Cleveland Clinic.
