My wife and I cannot fault your facilities and your attention to detail. From check-in to check-out excellent service all round.
Suggested improvements
Hard to imagine.
Mr. Obholzer exudes confidence, experience, and a great bed-side manner.
Emma on Floor 5 was exceptionally friendly - but so again were all staff we encountered.
