Very impressed

I was called by two separate nurses one from Portland Place one from Grosvenor Place each giving slightly different advice on bowel preparation. And they didn’t seem to be aware of each other. Also they decided to send me a new prep medicine in the post which would not have arrived in time. So this led to unnecessary confusion and slight stress before the colonoscopy.
