The medical care was fine, the management of my transfer by Ambulance to the London Clinic for a PET CT SCAN was beyond diabolical and left me in a "heap" and my son beyond words of fury at how incompetent the management was. Was told to be ready at 11.15 am and finally departed at 12. 15 for 1 pm appointment with numerous people saying the Ambulance was en route etc etc all rubbish.

Suggested improvements
FOOD FOOD FOOD! it was most unappetising and un tempting for someone having had an endoscopy and with Pancreatitus. A Caesar Salad arrived HOT. You should offer small and tempting portions. I am dreading my return for a Whipple procedure as have told the family that they might need to bring food in from outside. This is scandalous. A chicken pie arrived on my last night, upside down and surrounded by gravy, so assumed it was a steamed pudding. On investigation the smallest outer layer was cooked and the majority was RAW PASTRY. Who on earth is in charge of your catering?

He is all that one wanted at a difficult time and very thoughtful as to my welfare both physical and emotional.

My Consultant Mr Simon Atkinson and some of your lovely staff.
