Because it’s true.
My comments below re catering do not, in any way, detract from the overall excellent standard of care provided by all medical and housekeeping staff.
Suggested improvements
Catering messy. Food excellent, well cooked and tasty. Portions rather large (the American influence?).
Complaint is that menu confusing and often food served at variance with original choice.
Situation exacerbated by some staff having poor English.
Because they’re true!
Level of attention by all staff.
