Staff were all kind, caring and professional - from doctors to cleaning and catering staff. Every one asked how I was when they came into my room - not just the nursing/medical staff. Hospital was very clean, professional and comfortable.

Procedure was quite delayed which was unfortunate as it made for a long waiting time with some anxiety - but I was told it might be delayed soon after arrival and they kept us informed throughout.

Most of my contact prior and during visit was with Indran Davagnanam as he was administering the blood patch. He was extremely helpful, kind, calm and I felt I was in the best hands. Mr Toma was overall in charge but I had only seen him briefly on Zoom prior, and met him briefly the day after the procedure prior to discharge. He too was very helpful and inspired confidence.

The staff were all incredibly kind, not rushed, calm and caring.
