The experience once in the hospital was very positive. Staff are very caring and go the extra mile I was very pleased.

I was told my procedure was at 15:00 on 20.7.2022 so specifically ordered breakfast for 06:45 on. Food arrived at 08:15 and was wasted. Perhaps a break down in communication?

All staff were wonderful from Patrick Grover my consultant right the way down. Its difficult as I cannot remember all the names but my Anaesthetist was wonderful as was Jannete the Sth African physio but as stated all were great to me. Thank you
