The care I received today at the Cleveland clinic was wonderful. From the minute I arrived the security guards, porter and registrant were polite and quick and couldn’t do more to help. I then was shown to my room which was incredibly clean and comfortable and introduced to Jezel C and Shayne who would be looking after me. Jezel C took the time and care to check on me multiple times post surgery and kindly called my emergency contact with updates, she has a really positive energy and empathy that I really appreciated. Shayne was gentle and caring when taking my observations and removing the canular from my hand and I felt very well taken care of.

I honestly felt like I had been taken care of wonderfully and can’t comment on any improvements. Perhaps only in the app to be told some more specific details about which entrance of the hospital to enter via as I had guessed and got that wrong, but again the kind security guard unlocked the door and helped me find my way.

Jezel C was so kind and caring during my stay and even though I was mainly seeing her because I was in pain as she was checking on me with medicine etc, her positive energy was really appreciated. The anaesthetic team were also really appreciated by lightening the mood when they knew I was anxious about being put to sleep. The bed was also super comfortable which really helped me get some rest!
