My only problem with the Cleveland Clinic is the communications, and that I find to be a big problem. Before my surgery it was hard to get anyone to respond to my questions, and it took a long time to get the responses I needed. The very helpful and clear responses got to me at the very last minute, so I was less clear about what was going to be happening than I'd otherwise have been. I feel that it was a problem of each staff member having too many doctors to be keeping track of, and too many patients

Have more people working on communication with the patients. Improve your MyChart help as well


It was clean, easy, and felt like I was getting excellent care
