The clinical care was excellent and both medical and nursing staff were extremely attentive and looked after my needs at all times. Everything was explained fully, and problems addressed speedily

The room was very comfortable and spacious. By the time I left, however, my tail end was very painful. I guess this was predominantly due to the hard chairs in the room. Even the electrically adjustable chair had a very hard seat. Once the pain developed (12-24hrs before discharge) it was difficult to get comfortable. I should have brought this more to the attention of the nursing staff
