Overall care, attention, diligence and frequency of medical services were excellent. The coordination between different teams eg physio, phlebotomy etc were well managed.

The main complain was with the choice and quality of the meals at lunch/dinner, especially being a vegetarian. Had to resort to home food and get the nursing staff to warm this food for us. Also would have helped if my wife was allowed to stay with me during stay in ICU and also first few days when brought back to room.

Professor Olaf Wendler showed professionalism and due care and attention when explaining my choices, risk factors, the operation details and his plan of execution.

I was very impressed with the care and attention to detail and the level of diligence especially during the ICU stay. The chats with doctors and consultants were informative and assuring wrt my condition/progress etc
