Generally very happy with my experience. My knee arthroscopy undertaken at the Cleveland is a "big deal" for me as I am hoping to return to recreational running, which is a big(massive) part of my life

Small quibble, as a self funding patient my care package had a generic title listing multiple procedures, some of which (in the procedure) were not undertaken This proved somewhat confusing to me prior to admission.

As I mentioned above, I was under the care of a highly experienced knee specialist, Orthopaedic Consultant, Mr Tim Spalding. He patiently listened to my concerns, answered my multitude of questions about my procedure, and explained post operatively his findings and procedures undertaken. He was/is very aware of my desire to resume some degree of running, which I appreciated.

The nursing staff were very empathetic, and gave me great advice. Particular staff members, Kayeshe and Rosa from the nursing team , (amongst others) and a great physiotherapist, Samantha, who gave me great confidence,getting back on my feet. Obviously under the care of a highly experienced Orthopaedic Surgeon(Knee Specialist) Tim Spalding, gives me confidence of a positive outcome from my operation, and greatly improved my experience at the Cleveland.
