I’m not used to being cared for to such a high standard. I’m extremely impressed with this level of care. I felt safe and considered throughout my stay.
From the moment I spoke to my consultant, I felt at ease. It was clear that I was in the hands of an extremely competent and professional individual. Thank you
I must say that everyone I had contact with from the nurses, consultant, kitchen anaesthetist, receptionist and porters, were exceptional. Cleveland Clinic should be proud of the way the team conducts itself!
