The nurses went over and above to ensure that I had all of the support and Information I needed.
Suggested improvements
There is not one thing I would change.
Because Professor Knowles called me whilst working at a different hospital (RLH) to ensure I knew what had happened.
Mr Vashisht came to visit me during his clinic hours at the Cleveland to ensure I was happy and explain his part.
Both answered my questions clearly and concisely .
Overnight nurses:
Simi Browne
Claudine Cosalan
Daytime:
Shelimar (not sure if spelling) - this young nurse was amazing.
The two phlebotomists who tried very hard to get blood.
