the treatment on the day was excellent. The booking procedure is however chaotic. I called several times to confirm the appointment to be told there was no appointment. I had to call my consultants secretary to confirm the appointment and once established did not receive any information about the process prior to admission. Fortunately I have had the treatment several times so know how to be prepared in advance of arriving at the Hospital, i.e. fasting periods etc. This side of your business needs to be improved and I think it is unacceptable that I should have to call several times to confirm an appointment and not have a clear answer.

the initial appointment and information system needs to be improved.
