The team assigned to me were caring and compassionate.. Venessa, Charmaine, Katie Roscoe , Krisea are just a few that come to mind, they went up and beyond to deliver world class care. The catering Team, Room service Team, Phlebotomist were all great. I can’t thank them enough. My Consultant and anaesthetist and others in the steam delivered world class surgery I can’t thank them enough.

I find it difficult to think of anything that could have been done differently

Because of the way the procedures was explained, All the possible side effects and how I could best prepare for my operation, Every aspect was explained which gave me the possibility to make an informed decision to proceed. I was fully convinced that I was in the right hand and would receive the right care.

As mentioned above the whole Team were exceptional in conduct, care and empathetic.
