I feel that initial consultation and post op appointment should be included in the overall price. Two visits to Portland Place excellent (except getting weighed in a corridor). Reception at Grosvenor Place awful but care in First Floor, especially Nurse Edovia and Physio, absolutely fabulous. Nurse in recovery also fabulous. Everyone has been brilliant. Room very comfortable and clean.

Reception at Grosvenor Place was awful 6.30/7 am with no one finding out who had arrived, people not spoken to in order of arrival and one elderly woman (Jennifer Horner?) completely overlooked until I spoke to someone on her behalf. She sat quietly in a corner and people who arrived after her were taken to their rooms before anyone had spoken to her. It was dreadful. Staff blamed IT but it was basic bad manners and poor organisation.

Nurse Edovia was really professional, very kind and very friendly. She is an amazing nurse.
