The whole process was very smooth and I got prompt attention and care when I requested it. There was good communication between staff at handover times so I didn’t have to repeat myself.

Discharge was a little slow - took quite a while for my medications to arrive. I resorted to calling the nurse twice as I didn’t know if I’d been forgotten!

I was impressed that he visited me before the procedure, along with the anaesthetist, to discuss what would happen before, during and after the procedure. He visited me afterwards, and called me the following morning. Follow up appointment booked very promptly.

The way all of the staff treated me was exceptional - professional, polite and caring as well as being skilled at what they do.
