Without exception the staff and medical team that I encountered were always kind, caring and polite. My requests for assistance were always met almost immediately.. and with a smile.

The food was disappointing. The options were extensive, ingredients were excellent and well cooked, as was the presentation of each dish. Sadly when the food reach my table it was invariably lukewarm at best.

I was always made aware that decisions about any treatments or proposed procedures were being made by a multi-disciplinary team of consultants who were constantly monitoring my progress. This was reassuring.

It would be unfair to single out any one individual as everyone treated me with kindness and respect.
