All staff I came into contact with here amazing. Nick (consultant) - very personable and felt like he supported you throughout the journey. Aris (nurse) was always positive and great to talk to, as well as helping with a room switch. Mathew (nurse) has a particularly kind and caring demeanour. Food was amazing, as was their service. Only issue for me was the airbed, which caused quite a bit of back pain and most importantly, vibrated / re-filled every few minutes which was annoying and unhelpful when trying to sleep.
