Suggested improvements
Everyone connected with the medical side at the Cleveland Clinic - Surgeons, doctors, Nursing staff etc are exceptional and I would recommend in every way. However, the finance team let down the clinic. They do not seem to know what they're doing, they do not communicate amongst themselves, they hassle patients about payments, even though it has been done and after 2 weeks they still have not had the courtesy to contact me about a refund I understand we are due.
