Suggested improvements
It would have been good if the window blinds could have been able to stop at intervals instead of just being either up or down. Especially as there are offices directly across from the patients rooms. Although I was given a hair dryer the socket was no where near a mirror. The pillows, although soft, had no substance. Therefore, one’s head sank in the middle and the pillow came up each side of the head. The Food - this was especially disappointing. I had the lamb curry, the lamb was tough and chewy, on the salty side and contained no vegetables at all. The rice was good though. The fish with pasta was not hot when it arrived, the fish was cooked ok but the pasta was hard, which takes quite a bit of doing really. I think that some of the catering staff had a problem with English.

Because he seemed to be the only person in 2 years that had any idea what my problem was, he appeared confident and had an easygoing manner.

Jessica and Erin and Paul and Katy Actually, everyone was really good
