Therapy excellent, overall staff very competent and helpful, food excellent

Suggested improvements
The quality of the HCAs varies drastically, from excellent, organised and efficient to poor , especially the agency staff, who were sometimes unhelpful and acted like they didn't care, i was surprised at the poor quality of some of the staff who made me feel like i was a pain ringing the bell and i openly heard them moaning on occasions, i must stress this was a small number that spoilt it for the large majority who were excellent


My consultant is dr Jarman so i didn't expect to see him but he popped in twice to see me Diane Playford was very good as was charmaine


Dina, Nemo and Pauline as HCAs were excellent Nurses Tess, Irish Joanne, Maria, Anita, Miss San Diego, Gayle, Rocky were stand out Brittany, Emma , Annabel and Toma were excellent therapists I thank Carly for dying my hair and Jane for purchasing the dye! The kitchen staff were also excellent especially liliana
