The treatment, service and friendliness of the staff could not have been better.

My Consultant Prof Mughal is an amazing professional. He explained everything in a very clear and friendly manner that I could understand and gave me confidence regarding the whole experience of having an operation and the aftercare as well. Prof Mughals colleague Mr David Monk was also excellant in spending time with me assuring me of any concerns that I had.

When I requested anything such as a cup of tea of any advice, nothing was to too much trouble for any of the staff, they made me feel valued.
