I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff made me feel comfortable and cared for.
My nurse (Jezel), in particular, deserves special mention. She was not only highly skilled and professional but also incredibly sympathetic. Her warmth and reassuring presence made me feel less anxious about the procedure. She took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all my questions, and ensured that I was well-informed and at ease throughout my stay.
The facility itself was modern, clean, and well-organised. The medical team was efficient, and the procedure went smoothly. I felt like I was in capable hands from start to finish.
Overall, my day case procedure experience at Cleveland Clinic exceeded my expectations, largely thanks to the exceptional care and support provided by my nurse/consultant and the clinical team in Theatres. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of medical care. Thank you to the entire team for making a potentially stressful day much more manageable.

Yes, the experience as a patient surpassed all expectations. The front of house staff (Saoud, Rabah and Mahmood) that greeted me on entry were very welcoming and made me feel at ease at a very stressful time along with everyone I interacted with during my stay.
