Once I was registered, everything went smoothly. The care givers were helpful and responsive. Doctors explained the process and answered all questions. Nursing staff who discharged was outstanding.

Suggested improvements
I arrived 3 minutes before my appointment at 6.30 am. Front Desk person confirmed my identity and asked me to take a seat after informing that a " Patient Access " team member will be with me shortly. Somewhere there was a " miscommunication ". and no one did for 15 minutes until the front desk person saw me sitting and came out to check. Anyway, from that point on everything went smoothly but this mix up could have been avoided. Hopefully, teething troubles!


The consultant communicate his assessment and treatment options clearly in the initial consultation and explained the process in detail prior to the surgery. I felt confident in his professional skills to deliver the results.


The Nurse in charge (name - Neeve or Knieve I believe) who admitted and discharged me was simply brilliant. She put me at ease completely and communicated clearly with such empathy. A great asset to the organisation.I wish to commend her.
