DURING THE CHECK IN I WAS TOLD I HAD TO PAY £3000 AS THERE HAD BEEN A DELAY IN OBTAINING INSURANCE AUTHORISATION BY THE CLINIC. I WAS NOT INFORMED OF THAT BEFORE MY CHECK IN BUT THEY LIED AND SAID THEY HAD. I THINK THEY SHOULD HAVE JUST OBTAINED AUTHORISATION BUT THEY GOT THE FUNDS AND ONLY REFUNDED AFTER MY DISCHARGE. I BELIEVE THIS WAS NOT FAIR CONSIDERING THE DELAY WAS ON THEIR PART AS THEY DID NOT COMPLETE THE FORM.

Suggested improvements
I SHOULD HAVE BEEN INFORMED IN ADVANCE ABOUT THE DEPOSIT THEY TOOK BUT SHOULD ONLY HAVE GOT AUTHORISATION FROM THE CARD COMPANY AND NOT TAKE FUNDS. THE ROOM WAS ALWAYS COLD
