I found out I had a serious and rare disorder called Corda Equina Syndrome that could cause paralysis and required emergency surgery. From the minute I started my surgery journey, everything was communicated, clearly and concisely to me. Mr Mokawem was warm and genuinely concerned throughout the whole of my care. I owe my future mobility to him and his amazing team.

Dr Mokawen, and Nurse Becky were exceptional throughout - also my anaesthetist (whose name I cannot remember!)
