Outstanding from start to finish. The attention and care given is outstanding, companies spend a lot of money working out how to give this level of service, you have nailed it.
My consultant was there within 10mins of me arriving. Explained the procedure again and was there to answer any questions. He was calm and reassuring.
Attitude if staff, there is a general positive, can do attitude which inspires care and confidence.
