My entire experience at the Cleveland Clinic from start to finish was in every aspect simply exceptional.
The ease the professionalism and most importantly the warmth, friendliness and the dedication to duty of each staff member assigned to my care undoubtably eased any concerns and tensions.
My special thanks must go to Eric Kristy and Shola during my registration proccess,
Nurse Anthony and his colleagues on the medical pre op team,
Nurse Joanne and her colleagues on the day procedure ward and
Michael and Tsedeniya for accompanying me to the theatre and for keeping us topped up with endless trays from housekeepng.
Finally my sincerest gratitude and appreciation goes to Proff PS and Anaethetist J.Modha and their medical team for the extraordinary level of care I was given.
At no stage in the entire process did I ever feel anything other than a valued guest!!!!!!
