It is impossible to fault you in the areas in which I am competent to judge. I felt it was completely clear at all times what the medical conclusions were and what the options for my treatment were.
Both consultants whom I saw and the couple of junior doctors talked in simple language and good hard facts
Two examples I will single out: a young care assistant who had had an awful journey to work and was embarrassed about being late still managed to stay professional and lit up ( and lit up my day) when we discussed the antics of the smaller members of our extended families! Nurse Paulo who looked after me throughout my second day was hugely attentive, explained everything very carefully to both my wife and I. He used the same careful manner in explaining to a nursing student the procedure relating to my wound. He also unashamedly explained his values and those of the Cleveland: a real demonstration of a positive workplace culture.
