Care and attention first rate

The accounting/ billing was a bit of a nightmare. I was presented with a bill which just gave the total to be paid, no breakdown whatsoever. I had to chase to get the detail to justify the bill. This distracted from otherwise superb treatment and care Not at the stage of discharge, so no sensible box could be ticked. Need to correct for that!
