The staff and food were excellent, as was the care given. Your processes are still a bit clunky in places where things are slow or not joined up.
Dinesh Nathwani is both an excellent surgeon and a great human being. Would happily recommend him to anyone.
The building is great. The care from the staff was outstanding. You had enough of them, they communicated with each other, and they were easily available.
