Chichester Treatment Centre

I discovered a breast lump and was seen and treated from stat to surgery in two months including numerous appointments and scans etc. They were amazin I felt important and cared for. The surgery - in the Pagam suit - was carried out in such a way that I felt safe and cared for. The whole team was lovely and looked after me wonderfully. The surgeon was passionate about what he does and filled me with confidence. I have my follow up appointment in a weeks time . All appointments were booked in a timely fashion so I have always known both the over all plan and whats happening next Thank you team you are amazing

The examination room in endoscopy had plug socket hanging off the wall with hydrolic couch plugged in . Plaster / paint pealing off walls and ceiling in the centre . Large cobwebbs that could be reached with telescopic duster in corners of the building . Old blue tac on walls . The whole area needs a decorating refresh . Skirting are wooden unvarnished look dirty and have a half centimetre gap from skirting to floor . Bucket on floor to catch ? Drups from leaking roof .Does detract from great care / affect confidence . Wonder when tou last had a CQC visit or PLACE inspection .

The staff in Chilgrove were lovely, they looked after me really well. Very caring and helpful.

Great nursing and HCA staff. Very kind and considerate. Time spent with consultants and mannerisms could be better. Very rushed and inconsistent.

The nursing and care staff were approachable, friendly and easy to talk to. The food and drink were very good. The ward at night is noisy and disrupts sleep- but I do recognise this is difficult to avoid! Little understanding of the issues around my disability and not unwilling just unaware.

Great all round friendly smiles.

Everything! The care and attention given by all the staff, especially Penny and Nicole is second to none. They all work very heard and long hours but no matter how busy nothing is too much trouble. Thank you!

Very good friendly staff who care about there patients. Nothing seems to be a problem. A radio to listen to.
