The staff and care was excellent. My procedure was cancelled before 2 hours before it was scheduled. My wife and I had made lots of arrangements to attend so 2 hr notice was very frustrating at best. There was long brown stand trail of what I hope was coffee on the floor on route to the chedwort suite.

I was impressed by the skill and professionalism of the nurses and doctors who treated my mother and made a very unpleasant procedure bearable. Their communication skills were excellent with my 90 year old deaf mother.

All of the nurses were very pleasant.
Agi was amazing, very supportive.
I was a bit difficult at first on the and I wasn't fair on staff but they dealt with things brilliantly and think they are amazing.
