Organisation and co-ordination of services, attentive care and very pleasant professional staff. If it were possible it would be nice to eradicate patients who are noisy it might. Otherwise I can suggest no improvement.

I had a sedative and was comfortable throughout the procedure.
The staff ensured I was informed of what they were doing and they assisted me when I needed to change position.
The before and after care was friendly and caring so no complaints.

The kindness, efficiency and friendliness of the staff, particularly the way in which they could for a lady in the adjoining bed who was unable to feed herself. Everyone in my ward was treated dignity and understanding.
