I was treated with kindness, well though I had a very minor problem. Julia has been great and I can now see light at the end of the tunnel. The office staff were always very polite and cheerful.

Exceptionally kind, friendly, supportive, understanding staff. After sedation, I was totally unaware of the procedure - nurse said it was amnesia. Hooray!
