Delays means that you get more anxious. Time should be adhered to or someone should keep you updated regularly. Have been in dept for 3 hrs on occasions for an appt that should only take approx 1/2 hr.

The only minor criticism I have is that the food has very little flavor. The salt and pepper sachets supplied are not big enough to make any difference.
