One of the best wach my mother has ever been in-am writing on her behaf and questing her. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was kind. She loved the food and each menu was guided through with her by a nuse of care assistant who sat with her as relatives my brother and I never fact fobbed off in any way and all our questions were answered by sister and the nurses too.
Nurse's well efficient and caring at all times.
The care was good
The only issue I could see was a non English speaking nurse doing the drug trolley the older people could not understand her. What if! She gave the wrong drugs out!
It was not good to watch.
Nurses excellent. Food good. Treatment very good.
Nothing to be improved, Very caring and friendly staff, Always asking if you are O.K. or need anything, Really liked my stay in this ward, Would have stayed longer if I could.
Keep up the good work.
Excellent.
All the staff, from consultants to domestic were excellent, always felt that I was in safe hand.
A + E were very good, ACUC also extremely good, all the wards + toilets very clean, the nursing staff in CCU exceptional.

All areas of this ward are very good.
The nurses, health care workers are brilliant and so busy - the cleaners are very good.
They guy with the tea coffee (like a cleaner) was so nice - my only issue was the heating - was full on!!
