Having had 16 treatment prior to today. It is the first time I was kept waiting for 1 hour. However, the staff were really good as usual, kind, efficient and caring.
Dr. Duncan Stowe and his team could not have been more attentive and were excellent in every way.
Care was great, staff were polite and allowed to have own opinion and to be asked if I had any concerns.
Excellent care as always. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Dad was moved from downstairs oncology due to lack of chairs and IV pumps. As a result they needed to find extra resources to cope with the extra needs/people. Al the nurses work extremely hard to see an ever growing amount of people using the same number of chairs and pumps.
We got moved to the Graham suite due to the Chemo suite being busy. There was a delay due to shortage of equipment. This puts pressure on the excellent nursing staff. Despite this we were very well looked after and a stressful situation was not as bad as expected. (1st time chemo) Thank you.
Attention to detail, friendly manner.
Everything ok no problems.
All fantastic.
Many thanks, I am extremely grateful to be in receipt of such care.
Time: We traveled 2 hrs to get to our appointment, only to be told to drink more water and wait another 40 minutes. 4 glasses of water later and 40 mins passed, still waiting. Patients coming from a long way should be seen earlier in the day. It is now soon.
