Although the ward I was on was not the care I was going to be treated for. I received excellent care. They went out of their way to find the answers for me. All the staff were friendly and hard working. Excellent Avening ward. Thank you. Brenda Nicholls.

I found out I have been using my inhalers wrongly. First thing in the morning I used the Fostair had my breakfast than used the Bromide. The treating exercises are new to me, and I am sure they will be beneficial. I have received excellent care quickly.

Care was assiduous in both the Acute Care Unit and the Avering Ward, the nurses and all the staff were extremely caring and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, they were absolutely excellent.

The nursing staff were helpfull and professional and cwetious at all times. The on call registration was magical made an not urgent recall that I thought was magical . He didn't have to but came to make sure I was ok.

Staff were kind and caring. Well looked after, polite and sensitive. Ward was clean and food was very good.
