Staff very friendly but I thought were understaffed at times. Especially on night shift. One patient left in chair for 2 hours after she had asked to be put to bed.
Cleaning of all areas could be improved slightly - showers, corners of rooms, stains on floors etc.
All staff are very friendly, kind and caring, I have no complaints about how I have been looked after.
Caring and friendly staff. Good lengths of explanation to reassure.
Night staff seemed very pushed for time on my first night after the operation, leaving me uncertain about normality of certain symptoms.
Overall a very positive experience from all staff.
Nothing
Everything great
Found everyone to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable and polite.
Extremely impressed with how questions were explained regarding treatment, and in a manner that could be understood
Everything but only one thing that the kitchen could do better by going by some peoples dietry needs not what they have.
All outstanding.
The care was most considerate.
Personal care by nurses is very good.
Smiley staff much liked really thoughtful nurses tell me exactly how to move the operated leg. And fold bedclothes etc. So it feels right. Some nurses.
. Care, thoughtfulness and consideration of the staff.
