The nursing staff treated patients with respect and were friendly.
As were the domestic staff.
They listened-which is an important skill.
My care was all good, I suppose there must always be even just a little room for improvement.
Happy, smiling , funny young nurses and trainee nurses.
Polite and frendly catering /domestic staff.
Well done.
Attentive - good.
Kindness - good.
}sed} - an experience was very comfortable.
Food - good.
This was my first time in hospital and only have praise for all the doctors and nurses who looked after me. A very positive experience. Thank you by a group of dedicate and professional people.
Access to wi-fi would be beneficial to relieve long hours-one TV in the day room can be problematical when on patient is always "hogging" it!
I think all the nurses were brilliant. Endless patience and care. Many thanks.
The food provided was awful.
No taste, no attraction - not likely to encourage appetite.
Kindness and cheerfulness of nurses.
A single room and cleanliness and good food. Nothing too much trouble for nurses.
Especially good was professionalism of all staff, patience, friendly attitude.
Very good at explaining what was to be done.
Length of time it takes to discharge a a patient needs to be shorter.
