No improvement necessary.
Staff very thoughtful and attentive.
I can't say enough good things about all your staff.
All the staff and volunteers are all very friendly and helpful.
We have no complaints at all about the care provided on Ullybrook Ward. However, when our mother was taken for an ultra sound & X-Ray urgently we feel it was entirely inappropriate & un-professional for the female staff member who was given mum's notes to start complaining how procedure had not been followed. With the greatest respect, an argument over procedure in front of a terminally ill patient that needs an urgent scan can not be helpful.
After a poor (to say the least) initial diagnosis every effort was made to put that experience behind us helped by a second opinion obtained from Professor Jonathan Brown.
The staff was really quick and helpfull when I was in pain and vomiting I received medicines very quickly.
I always recieved expert care. I was reassured and felt cared for at all times. The staff here are all really nice! Thank you :)
