I was treated first class.
None to be improve.
The nurses and the doctors were very good and unfallingly courteous.
But there were many occasions when the promised nurses just failed to appear.
- Care.
- Keeping pt safe.
- Good environment.
- Good level of care.
- Good food.
Staff were attentive and sympathetic.
But If someone promises to do something, would they plan do it, not have to be reminded.
a) Bedding sheets removed V. Early on day of discharge- can't use bed for rest of day, night as well leaved it until ready to leave.
b) Not enough drinking water.

c) One or two nurses not sure of him/ herself.
Otherwise the nursing care and Dr Raina's med team did an excellent job. Good show, NHS/ CGH!
The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Everything was explained at each stage of the process.
The care I was given was excellent.
I can't think of anything that could be improved.

Personal touches.
Sense of humour.
Non-reaction to challenging patients.
Comforting and reassuring.
