Staff were very caring.
Food good.
Everything was good.
toilet could be 60% cleaner.
There was and reassuring relaxed atmosphere in the ward. It was good to see the other patients with condions more serious than my own.
Professional and friendly approach from all staff.
Operation was worth waiting for and all involved were very professional in their duties. Communication could have been slightly better during my 11/2 day wait in the wars but I understand how busy everyone was. I was only a stand-by cp(gall bladder removal).
Everybody I came into contact with in prescolt ward was amazing. Thank you very much.
Very good.
1) The team on Pregcott ward were careing , friendly and helpful. :-)
Smilis faces by all.
2) Communication could be improved by
a) Information being fed back to the patient quickly.
b) Lack of toilet facilities in the ward 8 patiets to 1 toilet.
c) Showers not being cleaned after each patient has used them.
Clean and quiet ward, highly organised incredible staff, so kind and professional, interested and concerned , happy to help .
Day and night staff equally brilliant.
Supportive, friendly staff.
Staff so busy that it meant time taken to bring pain relief was lengthy - not always but during busy times.
In the short time I was here the all round care was fantastic, both during the day and at night.
